Re-homed Swedish Vallhunds can make great companion pets. Generally they are through the puppy stages of exuberant chewing and are house trained.  With an expected lifespan of 13 - 16 years they can often have many years ahead of them when they need a new home.

Most often they have been raised well and are in need a new home and are not in need of rescue.  They can have behavioural problems, but most do not.   They can however prove a flight risk for weeks, sometimes months after they have moved home.  We can advise on how to settle your dog in and we work to match the right people to the right dog.

We have Regional Reps in the North and South Island that will be able to help you if you have a rehoming situation, or if you are looking for a rehomable dog.
